Bottle Holder For Hand Sanitizer At Hospital
This is a bottle holder attached to the handrail installed in a hospital. A bottle of sanitizer is put in and used. Since it would be unsanitary if the bottle dropped during use, the holder needed to hold the bottle tightly. Additionally, there were 13 types of sanitizers. That’s why it has a spring. It utilizes the soft and highly flexible material characteristics of polypropylene. It also contributes to budget and production volume.

これは病院に設置されている手すりに取り付けるボトルホルダーです。これに消毒液の入ったボトルを入れて使用します。使用時にボトルが落下すると不衛生になるため、ホルダーがボトルをしっかりとホールドする必要がありました。さらに、病院によって使用されている消毒剤が異なるため、13種類の異なるボトル全てにマッチするホルダーを作らねばなりませんでした。
そこで、PP素材の柔らかく粘りのある素材特性を活かしたバネ付きのホルダーにし、落下防止を防ぐため金型を１つで成形可能にした結果、限られた予算や生産数にも貢献することができました。
植物のカラーのように有機的な折り返しは製品強度と清掃性を向上させています。ラベルデザインが確認できる透過性は内容物の信頼性を守っています。
